The Vice-Chancellor, the Technical University of Mombasa (TUM), Professor Leila Abubakar, has lauded the Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) for empowering content creators through the Creatives in Arts and Film Literacy Program (CAFIL). The handbook, is a guide for creatives, as it provides the relevant information they need to know in pursuit of their creative works.
